Planetary Gearboxes are used in applications where the largest torque needs to be transferred in the most compact form. They also provide higher torque-to-weight ratio, compactness and reduced noise. Our PGT range from ratio 3:1 to 20000:1 & more ; upto 4,50,000 NM CAPACITY and application specific planetary gear combinations can also be envisaged such as Planetary-Helical, Worm-Planetary, Bevel-Helical-Planetary, etc.

The Helical planetary gear design combines quiet operation with higher torque when compared to the standard Helical Series. The gearbox incorporates continuous backlash compensation that ensures low backlash throughout the life of the gear. Shaft mounted gear drives: a combination of Multi stage planetary & single stage hollow shaft helical gear train makes an ideal choice for low speed high torque shaft mounted gear drives for variety of industrial applications . High efficiency , high torque to weight ratio, ease of mounting etc are salient features of this unique gear transmission.

INNOTRANS Spiral Bevel Planetary gearboxes are used for coaxial applications where higher torques are required in small spaces. Users benefit from compact top-class drive technology with particularly high power densities and absolutely smooth running even at high speeds. A compact gear train arrangement with integral base for mounting its motor gives operation flexibility and reduces the footprint dimensions. Applications where 90 Deg axis change is required can warrant usage of such gearboxes.

Worm Planetary Transmissions are used for their highest performance and reliability. These gearboxes offer the best of both worlds i.e. the high torque requirements as well as a solution for cost effectiveness.
